- Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is done and reviewed.
- Sketch review is also when I'll allow free alterations and fixing
- Complete alteration - aka starting from 0 - is a 25% fee
- I will sign my pieces
- Refunds only during the sketch phase, once the sketch has been approved I will not allow refunds.
- Flat colored background is included in the price, for complexer backgrounds check extras
